George etc. To all etc. Know Ye That for diverse good Causes / and Consideracioun but more especially for and in Consideration of the / Sum of Ten Shillings of good and lawful money for our use paid to Our / Receiver General of Our Revenues in this Our Colony and Dominion / of Virginia We have given granted and Confirmed and by these / presents for Us Our Heirs and Successours Do give grant and /
Confirm unto Israel Robertson of Prince George County One Certain Tract or / Parcell of Land containing One hundred acres lying and being on the North Side / of Beechshire Creek in the County aforesaid and bounded as followeth / (to wit) Beginning at a litle Shrub Oak above his house Thence / South thirty five degrees East one hundred and Sixty poles to a Corner / between several trees chopt Inwards Thence East Thirty five Degrees / North One hundred poles to a Corner between several trees chopt Inwards / Thence North Thirty five degrees West One hundred and sixty poles to a / Corner between Several trees chopt Inwards Thence East thirty five / degrees South one hundred poles to the Begining With All to have / hold etc. to be held etc. Yielding and paying etc. provided etc. In witness etc. / witness [sic] our Trusty and wellbeloved Robert Carter Esq President of / Our Council and Commander in Chief of Our Said Colony and Dominion / at Williamsburgh under the Seal of Our Said Colony the Thirty first / Day of October One Thousand Seven hundred and Twenty Six in the / Thirteenth Year of Our Reign
